To bend a branch which does not bend naturally, you first need to split it and wrap it wire.
This Trunk splitter is suitable to put a split in the large size bonsai trees and thick branches or to make ‘Jin’ and ‘Shari’.
When you put a split, you can do so without hurting the Vascular system and split them along the fiber.
That is why this Trunk splitter does not have a blade.
This Trunk splitter is also used to split the branches of fruit trees.
