Shipping Method

Your order will be shipped from Japan to your destination via DHL and it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to arrive. You can check the status via Tracking Service by the tracking number which we will send to you after your order is shipped.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is not included in the product price.
It is displayed on your shopping cart as a shipping and handling cost, depending on the cost.
Special shipping charges may apply to certain oversized items, or if your destination is in S.America or Africa.
We will inform you of the cost of these additional charges via Email prior to processing your order.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to placing an order.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick the item up.
Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
