These scissors are suitable to use to trim bonsai trees.
The handle line is smaller and longer than other Bonsai scissors.
It is easy to insert the cutting edge into complicated branches.
The blades of the scissors are three layers. The outside layers are steel and the inside layer is high carbon steel. This scissor construction is called ‘Hagane Tsuke’.
The edge of these scissors are high carbon steel crafted in the proud tradition of Japan and it is similar to the making of Japanese swords.
We made these scissors by hand and we wish to tell the user of their original design.
